NAS – ""Unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.
NA26 – καὶ εἰ μὴ ἐκολοβώθησαν (5681) αἱ ἡμέραι ἐκεῖναι, οὐκ ἂν ἐσώθη (5681) πᾶσα σάρξ· διὰ δὲ τοὺς ἐκλεκτοὺς κολοβωθήσονται (5701) αἱ ἡμέραι ἐκεῖναι.
WH – και ει μη εκολοβωθησαν (5681) αι ημεραι εκειναι ουκ αν εσωθη (5681) πασα σαρξ δια δε τους εκλεκτους κολοβωθησονται (5701) αι ημεραι εκειναι

NAS – ""For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.
NA26 – ἐγερθήσονται (5701) γὰρ ψευδόχριστοι καὶ ψευδοπροφῆται, καὶ δώσουσιν (5692) σημεῖα μεγάλα καὶ τέρατα ὥστε πλανῆσαι, εἰ δυνατόν, καὶ τοὺς ἐκλεκτούς·
WH – εγερθησονται (5701) γαρ ψευδοχριστοι και ψευδοπροφηται και δωσουσιν (5692) σημεια μεγαλα και τερατα ωστε [ πλανασθαι (5745) | πλανησαι (5658) ] ει δυνατον και τους εκλεκτους
